Chairman of the Board
The graduate and research school is led by the holder of the chair for energy efficiency at the IER. The chairman of the board is responsible for all decisions concerning the research school. He is particularly responsible for the research direction, application process, budget, supporting program and national as well as international networks. The chairman is supported by the members of the scientific advisory board.

The managing director is responsible for the administrative duties of GREES. The scientific advisory board appoints the managing director.
